- Prefer a new item? You can exchange your order within 72 hours of delivery.
- Choose the same product in a different size/color, or switch to a different item from our collection.
- The exchange item must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
Exchange Outside Dubai (Other Emirates)
- You can exchange once per order your order within 72 hours of delivery.A delivery pickup charge of AED 25 will apply again for the exchange.
The exchange item must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase. - A pick-up and redelivery will be arranged once the exchange request is approved.
