Easy Returns & Exchanges for Indian Ethnic Wear in UAE

 At Meraki Vastram, we know shopping online for Indian ethnic wear can feel tricky — especially when you're unsure about fit, length, or look. That’s why we’ve built the most convenient returns and exchange policy in the UAE, specifically tailored for women buying Indian suits, kaftans, anarkalis, and festive outfits online.

1. Exchange Policy :
   At Meraki Vastram, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes, a size or style might not be the perfect fit—and we're here to make your exchange process simple and stress-free. 
   
   Free Exchange – For Dubai, we offer one free exchange per order within Dubai city limits.
   
   How it works:

• • We carry extra sizes during delivery, and if in stock, we’ll do an on-the-spot exchange.
    

  • If your size isn’t available, we’ll offer free custom fitting through our tailoring team.

  • Prefer a new item? You can exchange your order within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Choose the same product in a different size/color, or switch to a different item from our collection.
    

Exchange Outside Dubai (Other Emirates)

We’re expanding soon—but for now, here’s what applies outside Dubai:

• • You can exchange once per order your order within 24 hours of delivery.
    A delivery pickup charge of AED 25 will apply again for the exchange.
  • The exchange item must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
    
    
  • A pick-up and redelivery will be arranged once the exchange request is approved.

General Exchange Process

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• A request for exchange must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• We will arrange a pick-up of the original item and deliver the exchanged piece to you once we receive the returned product.

• Exchange is completely free in dubai—there are no additional charges for the first exchange.
  

• Exchange pickup and drop comes at a flat fee of AED 25 for all emirates. We are a young startup, so this is to cover our minimal travel cost. Please choose right size or take help from us for your sizing to avoid exchanges :)

Note: We do not accept exchange requests for the same order more than once. Only one exchange per order is permitted.

1. Return Policy: 
   At Meraki Vastram, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. While we hope every piece is perfect for you, we do offer returns under the following conditions:
   
   On-the-Spot Returns (During Delivery)- Dubai - We allow you to check and try your outfit at the time of delivery. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, you may return the item immediately to our delivery executive.  

24 Hour Return Requests

• You must submit a return request within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• A pick-up fee of AED 25 will be charged.

  • For prepaid orders, AED 25 will be collected at the time of pickup.

  • For online payment refunds, the purchase amount (minus AED 25) will be refunded to your original payment method within 2 days of successful pickup & quality check approval.
     

⚠️ Return Conditions

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected before processing your refund.
To be eligible for return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition

• Unspoiled and without any stains, smells, or damage

• Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any)

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your return request will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you.
