1. Exchange Policy :At Meraki Vastram, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes, a size or style might not be the perfect fit—and we're here to make your exchange process simple and stress-free. 
   Free Exchange – For Dubai, we offer one free exchange per order within Dubai city limits.
   
   How it works:

• If your size isn’t available, we’ll offer free custom fitting through our tailoring team.
• Prefer a new item? You can exchange your order within 72 hours of time of delivery.
• Choose the same product in a different size/color, or switch to a different item from our collection.
  
• The exchange item must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
• We don't accept any requests of exchange for products that have been altered for your body measurements.
  
  
• Sale items are not eligible for exchange. 

Exchange Outside Dubai (Other Emirates)

• You can exchange once per order your order within 72 hours of time of delivery.
  A delivery pickup charge of AED 25 will apply again for the exchange.
  
  
• The exchange item must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase.
  
  
• We don't accept any requests of exchange for products that have been altered for your body measurements.
  
  
• Sale Items are not eligible for exchange.
  
  
• A pick-up and redelivery will be arranged once the exchange request is approved.

General Exchange Process

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
• A request for exchange must be raised within 72 hours of time of delivery.
• We will arrange a pick-up of the original item and deliver the exchanged piece to you once we receive the returned product.
• One Exchange is completely free in dubai—there are no additional charges for the first exchange.
  
• Exchange pickup and drop comes at a flat fee of AED 25 for all emirates. We are a young startup, so this is to cover our minimal travel cost. Please choose right size or take help from us for your sizing to avoid exchanges :)

Note: We do not accept exchange requests for the same order more than once. Only one exchange per order is permitted.

1. Return Policy: At Meraki Vastram, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. While we hope every piece is perfect for you, we do offer returns under the following conditions:
   

72 Hour Return Requests

• A request for return must be raised within 72 hours of time of delivery.
  
  
• Return requests made after this timeframe will be rejected automatically.
  
  
• sale items are not eligible for returns. 
  
• Returns are not accepted for products that have been altered to your body measurements.
• A pick-up fee of AED 25 will be charged for all emirates.
• Once return request is approved and checked, your money will be transferred back to your account within 72 hours. We will reach out for account details. 

⚠️ Return Conditions

All returned items will be thoroughly inspected before processing your refund.To be eligible for return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and in original condition
• Unspoiled and without any stains, smells, or damage
• Returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any)

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, your return request will be rejected, and the product will be shipped back to you.

incase of a defective or damaged product, please make sure to make an unpacking video and click images and send to us within 12 hours of delivery. post the timeframe and without unpacking video that the outfit came in damaged , return/exchange requests will not be entertained.
